Organic Olive Oil (Awarded at the Olympia Awards)

The organic cultivation of our olive groves is based on respecting the natural evolution of the trees, without technical interventions, pesticides or chemical fertilizers. The harvest is carried out by hand, while the pressing is done using cold water, preserving the valuable characteristics of the fruit. The early harvest offers a limited quantity of olive oil of excellent quality, rich in nutritional and beneficial ingredients. Ideal for daily consumption, even in a spoonful a day, as a natural elixir of well-being and longevity.

Olives

Selected olives of the Koroneiki variety, medium-sized fruit and of a fine harvest. Naturally ripened and preserved in brine, they stand out for their fleshy texture and balanced flavor, which highlights their authentic Mediterranean character.
